How Automated Uniform Management Works
Each garment is fitted with a unique RFID tag. After identifying themselves, authorised staff can select and collect the uniforms or scrubs assigned to them. The system records each issue automatically, providing real-time garment tracking and accurate stock visibility.
Used garments are deposited into an automated RFID recovery unit, where their return is recorded before they re-enter the laundry cycle. Management software provides visibility of dispensing, returns and stock levels, helping reduce losses and manual administration.
