most of these are available from stock ready to fit.
We can also supply other important items such as threaded flanges, tube holder flange kits, connectors, sleeves, A/V mounts, etc – all fully compatible with the product ranges and designed to save time and money sourcing and fitting.
At BVC we hold significant stocks of spare parts for our units. These can be delivered in 24 hours or less to minimise downtime.

Gauze Inlet Filter
A gauze inlet filter is a coarse filter to prevent large debris being drawn in to the suction port/inlet of the blower and discharged into the process.
Gauze inlet filters are available in the following sizes:
1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″, BSP Male
Metal Inlet Net Filter
The metal inlet net filter is an inlet filter to prevent dust and debris being drawn into the suction port/inlet of the blower and discharged into the process. The filtration capability of the net filter -s 90-110 microns.
The Metal Net Filter is available in the following sizes:
1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″ BSP Male
Vacuum Cartridge Filter
Vacuum cartridge filters are available either as an inlet filter to prevent dust/debris being drawn in to the suction port of the blower or as illustrated as an in-line filter to be fitted close to the pump. Vacuum cartridge filters provide a high level of protection and have replaceable paper or polyester filters.
Vacuum cartridge filters are available in the following sizes:
1″, 1 1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″, 2 1/2″, 4″ BSP
Flange Kits
Threaded flange kits are available for use with interconnecting pipework for ease of connection to the pump. Flange kits are available as male threaded flanges and female threaded flanges.
Flange kits are available in the following sizes:
3/4″, 1″, 1 1/4″, 1 1/2″, 2″ BSP.
Tube Holder Flange Kit
Tube holder flange kits can be fitted to either or both inlet and outlet ports for ease of connection of flexible hoses and sleeves.
Tube holder flange kits are available for:
30, 38, 40, 50, 60, 150mm sizes depending on model
Pressure Relief Valves
Pressure relief valves should be installed to prevent over-pressure which could cause over-heating of the motor and catastrophic damage.

Vacuum Relief Valves
Vacuum relief valves should be installed to prevent over-vacuum which could cause over-heating of the motor and catastrophic damage.

Supplementary Silencer
Supplementary silencers can be used to offer additional silencing of the vacuum pump/blower and are available with either one or two BSP male threaded ends.
