Update 2021-22

Quirepace’s year ends at the end of September, and what a year it has been! Towards the end of 2021 two of our long-standing Directors retired; Les Jury and Martin Chewter are both now enjoying their well-deserved retirement. More recently we have had the sad passing of our Service Director, Shane Stratton, who had been with Quirepace for over 20 years.

Our business is now carried forward by the current directors, Richard Pescott, Tracey Shortt and Simon Maasz assisted by a very dynamic management team and enthusiastic employees.

All sectors of our business have seen growth over the last year, but in particular, we have seen exports of BVC products increase (despite brexit?), and the Electric Track Vehicle (ETV) business has also seen excellent increase in activities with both orders and new opportunities to come. This innovative intralogistics solution is developing increased interest in the healthcare market; having a payload capability up to 40kg, it provides a transport solution between Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).

We all look forward to the coming year with optimism; we have several development projects in place which will improve our internal processes, as we continue to strive to deliver innovative, reliable, robust and cost-effective solutions to all our customers. Besides our standard ranges we continue to manufacture specials, bespoke units, and dedicated OEM components. Please do not hesitate to call us to discuss any requirements you think we may be able to assist with.
