QUIREPACE CORONAVIRUS UPDATE. 11-06-20
At Quirepace we are watching unfolding events concerning coronavirus closely and continuing to follow the advice of the authorities. Our primary aims are two-fold: firstly, to ensure the health and well-being of our staff and others, and secondly to continue to serve our customers as best as possible during these unprecedented times. Our thoughts are with everyone who is affected by the spread of the virus, and we believe it is important that we all pull together at this difficult time to overcome this challenge to society.
Quirepace has established contingency plans to disperse operations away from our head office, which we have put into action. The current situation:-
We have restarted our manufacturing unit with a small operational team, which means that orders can now be fulfilled from both stock and manufactured units, although some lead times are still extended due to disruptions in supply chain.
Our Service department remains operational to maintain the NHS as a priority. We will respond to other service requests as best we can.
Our Operations and Installation department is reduced, but we are operating a small team to respond to NHS emergency requests.
Sales and Administration departments are operating a reduced staff, with some home-based working.
