Boiler House Cleaning

BVC have completed a project for a food manufacturer, supplying and installing a central vacuum cleaning system within a boiler house.

The system is designed for 1 person using 51 mm hose and tools to carry out essential housekeeping duties throughout the boiler house and bulk removal of sand from the boiler.

There are 12 hose connection points installed through 6 floor levels, with interconnecting pipe work back to a BVC static industrial vacuum cleaner.

The BVC Centurion model TI80 industrial vacuum cleaner is powered by a 7.5kW motor, protected by a vacuum relief valve. Displaced air is filtered within the BVC ‘clear flow’ filtration system and particles collected in a removable bin.
